Job Description
Overview:
The Early Talent Pipeline (ETP) Recruitment Coordinator (Contract) will be responsible for supporting and equipping ETP Recruiters with vital information and tools needed to source, engage, and recruit top university talent. You will support the coordination and execution of special recruitment team projects related to the defined Early Talent Pipeline recruitment strategy set for the year. As needed, you will also support the ETP Operations and Learning team during peak recruitment season, as well as during the summer for AbbVie’s Externship and Internship programs.
This is a fast-paced position requiring you to have strong proficiency with recruitment database management and standard Microsoft Office Suite technology, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook. Our ideal candidate has excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
This role is intended to be a 12-month contractor position and will be based in Lake County, IL at AbbVie’s AP34 building. This role will also operate within AbbVie’s hybrid Ways We Work model with three days in the office.

Salary: $35,000 - $172,500
