During this internship, you will get acquainted and have the opportunity to apply a variety of pre-analytical and analytical methodologies to isolate, quality check, and analyze the protein and nucleic acids cargo of extracellular vesicles from plasma and serum samples. These methodologies will help us identify unique molecular and transcriptional signatures that differentiate patients who respond to therapies from those who are not. This work serves to assist in the goal of specialized patient care, by tailoring treatments to the tumor, and tailor the medicine to the patient as well.
