POSITION SUMMARY 

Transform your education and experience into fast-track career growth by joining the Law Professional Rotational Development Program “LPRDP” (within the Law Department Early Career Program), offering a high-performing culture that is made up of a diverse and inclusive workforce. The Law Professional Rotational Development Program is a two-year, rotational program designed for graduates who are interested in experiencing a multifaceted and engaged corporate law department.   

The LPRDP participants will participate in rotational assignments with specific groups within the Law Department including Commercialization Development Law and Market Compliance; Global Product Development and Supply; Employment Law; Patient, Data & Privacy; Corporate Governance/Securities; Intellectual Property; Compliance and Ethics; and Litigation.  The program provides learning opportunities in different areas of the law relevant to the pharmaceutical industry as well as exposure to other functional areas with the Law Department such as Corporate Philanthropy, Corporate Security and Environmental, Occupational Health, Safety & Sustainability.  

This program is designed for college graduates who are looking for valuable career opportunities under the supervision of various members of our Law Department.  The program offers you the flexibility to create your own path through rotational projects aligned with your interests and the company’s most critical need, allowing for a completely customized developmental experience. Upon completion of the program, qualified associates will have the opportunity to apply for a full-time, non-rotational role that aligns with their personal aspirations and passion for the legal profession and making a difference in the lives of patients.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE 

• 2-year full-time rotational program 
• Consisting of customized rotations in different practices areas such as Commercialization Development Law and Market Compliance; Corporate/Transactional; Global Product Development and Supply; Employment Law; Patient, Data & Privacy; Corporate Governance/Securities; Intellectual Property; Compliance and Ethics; and Litigation 
• Length of rotations will be flexible and based in the Princeton, NJ area 
• Close-knit, collegial environment

REQUIREMENTS:  

• BS/BA graduates in degrees such as Political Science, Economics, Business, English, History, Legal Studies, or other relevant areas of study who are interested in obtaining a unique experience within a world-class corporate law department  
• JD or paralegal certificate optional 
• Applicants should possess outstanding interpersonal skills, due to the high level of contact with clients and leaders across the organization    
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience preferred 
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future
