    Manager, BIA GPS Cell Therapy Site Analytics

    Join BMS Business Insights & Analytics Global Product Development and Supply (BIA GPS), a dynamic team dedicated to leveraging analytics for impactful insights in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role as Manager for Cell Therapy Site Analytics, you'll be at the forefront of developing advanced analytics for Cell Therapy Operations (CTO), focusing on enhancing manufacturing site performance. We are looking for a proactive leader skilled in data analysis, predictive modeling, and stakeholder collaboration. You'll have the unique opportunity to build and standardize analytics processes, drive data-driven decision-making, and foster partnerships across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Decision Support:

    • CTO Priorities Insight: Collaborate with CTO teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of their key priorities, challenges, and critical success factors.

    • Analytical Leadership: Lead the development and delivery of value generating analytics projects.

    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to craft an analytical roadmap that supports CTO objectives.

    • Communication: Articulate complex analysis for site decision-making and exceed analytics deliverables and timelines.

    • Simplification and Adoption: Make complex analytical solutions accessible and engrain them into standard business processes.

    • Culture Promotion: Foster an analytics and fact-based decision-making culture within CTO.

    2. Analytics Capability Building:

    • Data Solutions Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts and IT to establish foundational data pipelines, models, and reports.

    • Complex Problem Solving: Design and implement cell therapy analytics solutions.

    • Innovation and Automation: Proactively apply automation, analytics, and data solutions for business benefit.

    • Predictive Modeling: Manage the process of deploying predictive models to operations.

    • Quality Management: Handle analytics requests ensuring consistent quality and timeliness.

    • Best Practices Implementation: Apply standardization, automation, and expertise across the team.

    • Methodology Standardization: Lead the standardization of analytics and process methodologies for scalable solutions.

    3. Partnership Strengthening:

    • Collaborative Execution: Work with stakeholders and enabling functions for project execution.

    • Best Practices Sharing: Learn and share best practices within the BIA team.

    • Resource Maximization: Identify and apply existing BIA GPS capabilities to meet site needs.

    • Tools and Insights Sharing: Share site tools and insights with CTO network teams.

    • Team Development: Mentor junior members and manage external consultants.

    Requirements:

    • BS degree in an analytical, engineering, or scientific field with 2+ years in advanced analytics, with at least 1 year in biopharma.

    • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or another programming language.

    • Experience in predictive modeling, optimization algorithms, simulation, and user-centric visualizations (preferably Tableau).

    • Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.

    • Significant hands-on experience with code version control a plus.

    • Familiarity with cloud-based ELT pipelines, manufacturing simulation models, biotech process development is a plus.
