    Manager, Inside Sales – Medical Aesthetics

    YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE…

    A Driver – You are responsible for the aesthetic dollar sales and product growth for an assigned geography/area. You partner with the field management team to drive sales for the Facial Aesthetic product portfolio and identify opportunities to drive sales within emerging customer segments.

    An Inspirational Leader – You oversee a team of 6-8 Inside Sales Business Development Managers. that maintain and grow top accounts during field vacancies, overseeing sales accountability, profitability and market share. You will train and mentor, implement a corporate marketing strategy, and coordinate efforts between inside Sales Reps, RMs, BDMs, and Marketing teams and ensure successful execution of pull through strategies, marketing campaigns, customer and physician loyalty programs, and sampling programs.

    A Natural Relationship Builder – Ensuring team members are developing and maintaining key customer relationships for the overall success of aesthetic products.

    YOU WILL:

    Be a positive role model and technical leader. You will exhibit a high degree of technical expertise and superior business acumen, developing and executing key strategies, strategic big picture thinking, and business planning.

    Be focused on team performance. Consistently attain or exceed assigned sales, profitability, and sales growth while managing within guidelines. Provides appropriate strategic and tactical direction, evaluates progress and monitors the success of their sales team to ensure proper execution.

    Provide superior leadership. You manage the recruiting, hiring, and training process and the ongoing development of Inside Sales BDM. Identifies talent and ensures strengths are maximized to ensure reps development is based on applicable career paths, to include the planning/implementation/managing of additional training and active experiences.

    Build bridges. Work closely with Inside Sales leaders and Field leaders to achieve quarterly sales goals and create development opportunities for top talent. Participate in meetings with marketing, training, sales planning and analytics and customer operations to provide solutions to enhance profitability, increase operational efficiencies, and improve customer experiences.

    Develop VIP Accounts. Identify new accounts with potential to be future KOLs. Partner with AGN Medical Institute team to train and develop speakers and product KOLs.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    YOU BRING:

    • At least five (5) years of medical sales experience or related field management.

    • Successful experience with P&L performance, general marketing principles and concepts within healthcare, and knowledge of the inner workings of a physician’s practice.

    • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university required.

    • 3-5 years successful supervisory experience preferred
