    We are seeking an experienced Lab Workflow Application Developer to design, develop and implement lab workflow automation and integration solutions for Bristol Myers Squibb Research IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying applications that improve efficiency and productivity in our lab operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams and business analyst to identify and analyze lab workflow for automation and optimization

    • Design and develop lab workflow, integration, and data solutions using tools such as SAPIO LIMS, and AWS.

    • Customize and configure lab workflow and data solution to meet business requirements

    • Develop and maintain workflows, connectors, plug-in, forms, and reports using Java, JavaScript in SAPIO LIMS and AWS environment

    • Implement lab workflow integrations with other RIT systems

    • Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting

    • Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders

    • Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards, policies, and regulations

    • Continuously improve lab workflow and data integration based on feedback and business requirements

    Qualifications:

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in developing process, lab workflow, and data applications or web-based software

    • Experience of lab workflow

    • Strong Experience in software development using Java, JavaScript, SQL, and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and XML

    • Experience AWS development environment

    • Familiarity with system integrations and APIs

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

    • Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

    • Understanding of agile development methodologies

    • Pharma or health experience is a big plus
