    Job Description

    The Pricing Analyst, Chargeback Operations primary goal is to positively impact US Commercial sales by effectively supporting chargeback processing for wholesaler accounts. This position will partner with Customer Service, Account Receivables, Trade, Legal, OEC, and other Pricing Teams. This includes identifying, establishing, developing, and implementing appropriate processes to maintain compliance for AbbVie US Commercial Finance with all state and federal government laws and regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for administering the timely and accurate processing of chargebacks related to discount contracts with indirect sales through wholesalers.

    • Providing analytical support and administering chargebacks with large wholesalers and distributors as determined by manager based on current volumes and complexity of the customer.

    • Timely resolution of disputes between AbbVie and Wholesalers and Distributors related to chargebacks.

    • Understand and meet chargebacks obligations set forth in the DSA Agreements and well as reconcile chargeback disputes with customers.

    • Co-lead calls,as necessary, with internal parties (National Wholesaler Executives/Directors and Receivables Management) and/or designated wholesale contacts regarding relevant chargeback issues.

    • Build strong effective relationships with key contacts cross-functionally (Government Pricing, Receivables Management, Customer Master, Customer Service, Class of Trade, and Demand Planning) as well as key wholesaler contacts.

    • Maintain wholesaler information (customer numbers/locations) within Model N and maintain documentation of key processes.

    • Perform ad-hoc audit, legal requests.

    • Conducting monitoring and audit activities to ensure compliance.

    Significant Work Activities -Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.

    • Minimum 2+ years of related contracting, finance or accounting experience.

    • Strong communication skills and customer support.

    • proficient Excel and Office skills required, experience with Model N desirable.
