POSITION SUMMARY:

The SENIOR ANALYST, ERP APPLICATION integrations will lead ERP integrations, DSI, MEP initiatives within the business and organization and provide a collaborative partnership with Global Supply chain organization. The SENIOR ANALYST, ERP APPLICATION will have the overall responsibility for the ERP integrations functions, in delivering on the Global model on ERP Deployments and developing the continuous improvement strategy.

A key aspect of the role will be managing consulting partners and supporting ERP IT project decisions.

SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY

LOCATION: SOMERSET, NJ (HYBRID)

THE ROLE:

• Overall governance of the global model pillars in:

  • DSI/MEP

  • Inventory transactions

  • Finite scheduling tools

  • Handling PX Smart print

  • Application Integration support to other systems

• Drive alignment and adherence to global standardized Supply Chain ERP processes across the Catalent Business Units and deliver on ERP implementations within the Supply Chain Global Pillar models.

• Review of design specifications for approved enhancements.

• Track Enhancement deliverables in line with Planned release dates

• Review site gaps and solutions in line with Global model

• Liaison with Global Business process owners and site Champions

• Providing impacts of Enhancement to Global model

• Functional release of new process or changes to existing process to all sites

• Review of site-specific configuration workbooks at QA and PD phases

• Review and update of Design books

• Review and update Global Process Masters and Configuration workbook templates

• Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about programs, Supply Chain, or a related field experience desired.

• Self-starter with knowledge of creating & performing test scripts & threads involving processes connecting DSI, JDE, SAP and other shop floor applications utilized in Manufacturing.

• Review of cases handled by support team requiring configuration change, change to global model process and suggest improvements in Global model and building knowledge base in support team

• People Management responsibilities:

  • Reporting into this role are Supply Chain related Global Pillar functional Leads

• Other duties as assigned

THE CANDIDATE:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree of Supply Chain, Manufacturing

• Pharmaceutical or Life Science experience mandatory

• Detailed ERP knowledge mandatory; minimum of 3 years system detailed experience (JDE, SAP, TOTVS)

• Five years of relevant industry DSI Inventory management experience is required

• Management and team leadership experience required

• Have an advanced knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and current Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMPs)

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present information
