Catalent Pharma Solutions is hiring a Senior Associate Scientist – Stability.

This is a full-time role position: Monday – Friday, days.

THE ROLE

• Develop and execute laboratory workplans/schedules independently, using customer milestones and Division/site performance standards and metrics

• Authors technical documents, such as protocols, test methods, text reports, certificates of analysis, and operating procedures

• Review technical documents for accuracy, thoroughness and compliance

• Trains, coaches or mentors others on technical, personal development or business issues

• Supervises technical staff, including work assignments and performance management

• Responsible as project director with responsibility for project outcome and customer interaction

• Executes efficiency improvement project with guidance

• Identifies and recommend business opportunities on a project specific basis

THE CANDIDATE

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years related experience; OR Master’s degree with 0-2 years related experience; OR Associates degree with 6+ years related experience

• Position requires strong written and verbal communication skills

• Previous experience with HPLC or GC strongly preferred

• Previous experience with dissolution a plus

• Previous experience with method validation and/or method development preferred

• Previous experience drafting and conducting investigations preferred

• Previous experience working under GMP guidelines strongly preferred

• Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
