    You will be responsible for supporting requests in support of CMMS master data. This will include performing data extracts, query development, and bulk or individual record processing. This person will act as a gatekeeper in both processing requests but also enforcing data integrity and compliance and escalate issues to the appropriate levels as applicable. This person will be required to lead or participate in site projects keeping stakeholder informed as well and ensuring site procedures are in alignment.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensures data integrity and alignment of processes of master data with the CMMS system within established service level agreements.

    • Secondary gatekeeper of the master data change request lifecycle.

    • Secondary executor of change management requests working with required stakeholders.

    • Primary provider of data extracts in support of data management bulk requests.

    • Works with customers and required stakeholders to develop compliant data management requests.

    • Primary owner of assigning asset tags and system numbers upon request.

    • Primary executor bulk imports of master data on approved data management requests.

    • Secondary support data management project requests.

    • Review data management queue and escalate issues.

    • Participate in projects as SME for data management.

    • Support data management quality events.

    • Support development and maintenance of data management procedures.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 3-5 years of experience with a CMMS with maintenance and calibration, Maximo experience is preferred.

    • Experience in a GxP environment or equivalent knowledge of GxP requirements.

    • Strong knowledge of maintenance, operations and engineering generally attained through studies resulting in a b.s., in engineering, a related discipline, or its equivalent.

    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft product with understanding of MS access and VBA programming.

    • Experience with SQL in the development of queries.

    • Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
