Catalent is hiring a SOURCER to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Maryland! The TALENT ACQUISITION SOURCER develops and implements strategies to source qualified, diverse candidates to meet position requirements from internal, external, and referral candidate pools.

LOCATION: Located within Baltimore, Maryland tri-state area (remote with ability to go on-site as needed)

THE ROLE

• Writing and implementing effective research strategies to source diverse candidates on each requisition.

• Identifying all candidates suitable for the requisitions through networking, utilizing online databases, social media, contact lists, internal Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday), and employee referrals.

• Using all possible means to engage those candidates quickly & ensuring up-to-date CV’s are received from potential candidates.

• Candidate Assessment/Selection: Ability to assess applicant/candidate quality, technical capabilities, and cultural fit.

• Maintaining accurate and detailed candidate records on Workday.

• Provide strategic input on best sourcing channels.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines as well as vast networks of professional relationships for various disciplines in the pharma and biotech industries.

• Identifying, interviewing, maintaining relationships with, and making recommendations for candidates with the potential for upward mobility at various levels.

THE CANDIDATE

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management or related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting/sourcing experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment is required.

• Strong internet research skills and cold-calling experience are required.

• Must have a demonstrated ability to create and drive efficient and effective candidate generation strategies for beyond traditional recruitment mechanisms.

• Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology recruiting/sourcing experience is preferred.

• Attention to detail and accuracy. Able to follow a process and deliver on time.

• Results orientated with the tenacity to deliver great results quickly.
