    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Total Rewards Services Intern will be part of a Global Service Line Team within BMS which is responsible for:

    • End-to-end operational strategy and design related to Benefits

    • Talent Management

    • Global Mobility & Immigration

    • Equity Administration

    • Compensation, Recognition and Service Anniversary programs.

    The Total Rewards Services is responsible for:

    • Designing end to end processes

    • Vendor management

    • Systems to support programs, content, and capability build

    The Total Rewards Services intern will have the opportunity to be involved in several important strategic projects throughout their time with the Total Rewards Service Line Team that will aid BMS in achieving project related goals and will provide an opportunity to the intern to gain knowledge and experience within a variety of specialist roles within Human Resources.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    This position will have key responsibilities in the following projects:

    • 2022 Talent Review process

    • Workday Talent Management Chatbot project

    • Relocation Policy implementation

    • Onboarding/Off boarding of international relocations

    • Metrics and analytics related to Talent Management and Talent Mobility & Immigration

    • Annual Benefits Enrollment

    • Other Total Rewards related projects as needed

    These key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Process documentation and mapping

    • Analyzing raw data, developing insights, and recommendation

    • Development of training materials and communications

    • Project coordination

    WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

    • Exposure to international programs and process design

  • Qualifications

    We are looking for the following qualifications and experience:

    • Enrolled in a Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related program

    • Interest in gaining knowledge and experience in Human Resources

    • Excellent communications skills

    • Excellent problem-solving skills

    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

    • Microsoft Office Suite:

      • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

      • Intermediate Visio and Outlook skills

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Candidates must be available for an internship that will run from June 2022- May 2023

    • Candidates must be available to be able to commute to the BMS- Tampa, FL location for the year internship (Up to 40 hours per week in summer and up to 20 hours per week in fall & spring)

    • Candidates must be actively enrolled in school during the internship with a graduation date of May 2023 or later
