Job Description

The Vendor Master Analyst will be responsible for the verification of banking details on our Customer and Vendor accounts. This will involve researching contact information online, working within our systems to review information, making calls and following up with internal and external clients. Basic understanding of Vendor Master Data and basic knowledge of Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct phone calls to external parties. Become thoroughly familiar with contacts internally and externally.
• Conduct research online to find valid and legitimate contacts and verify those contacts.
• Prepare detailed documentation of activity performed to complete bank verification calls with parties necessary.
• Perform verifications in compliance with SLAs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow guidelines established by the business and maintain compliance in duties performed.
• Good written and verbal communication skills required to perform the duties of this role.
• Ability to interact professionally and confidently with internal and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required. 2 year Associate or B.A./B.S. in Business/Accounting/Finance preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience required.
• Experience in the healthcare industry desirable.
• Advanced computer skills in database and spreadsheet software.
