The Principal of Rochester Christian School, reporting to the Board of Directors, will be responsible for leading the school, articulating its vision, and maintaining a high quality, distinctly Christian education.

The principal is also responsible for maintaining a wholesome spiritual and emotional atmosphere in the school, and for promoting professional growth and development for the faculty.

This position also encompasses some classroom teaching, which provides a unique blending of engagement and leadership with our students, families and faculty

• Master’s Degree in Education/Administration

• Proven leadership capabilities

• Demonstrated passion for Christian Education

• Understanding of IDEA & NYS Education Laws

• Understanding of Common Core Curriculum pros and cons
