    • The Associate Development Program is a great way to launch your career while helping organizations worldwide communicate more effectively with their customers.
    • During our program, Associates will learn how our services and solutions are produced, sold, and delivered through hands-on training on the manufacturing floor and in the front office, job shadowing, and through our online curriculum.
    • Upon graduating from the Associate Development Program, Associates will have the knowledge and skill set needed to successfully grow their career into an exciting sales or business development career in our Direct Sales Force.

    The program focuses on training our Solutions Sales Associates to sell the ENTIRE RR Donnelley platform. You will not be limited by the capabilities of one plant or one platform, as you will be encouraged to work with clients who need a full solution.

    This will increase your exposure and knowledge of the entire RRD offering as well as allow you increased exposure to our broad client base and various key positions within each of our clients. You will gain true business knowledge, allowing you to apply this as you grow your career.

    • We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with excellent communication skills who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on experience in every facet of our company.

    Our ideal candidates would have any of the following experiences (the more the better):

    • Strong Interest in Business to Business Sales or past experience in sales
    • Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business
    • Part of a Fraternal or Social organization
    • Student Athlete
    • Extra-Curricular involvement
    • Leadership position in high school or college
    • Demonstrated work experience

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
