Conduct functional training on the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management and related toolsets.

The Training Specialist conducts Instructor-Led-Training, webinar presentations, or other types of training to customers or employees. Training Specialists are Subject Matter Experts in their designated functional areas.  Must be familiar with business process and ERP concepts.  All types of training must be delivered in a professional manner, according to established training standards and procedures.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT SKILLS:

• Prior experience conducting complex training through demonstration, hands on instruction and labs.
• Responsibilities include updating courseware for new releases of the Microsoft product, adding new scenarios and hands on learning content. Participating in content reviews for eLearning curriculum, Microsoft test development and other training related projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required
• Effectively manage a classroom and keep students on track and engaged

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated public speaking skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills:  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote
• Demonstrated experience with ERP solutions
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Travel is up to 80%
• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related field or equivalent experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/365
• Microsoft Certified Trainer is a plus
