Position Description

Asan intern in the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement practice, you will actively participate in learningthe Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Sales,Field Service, Customer Service, PSA and Marketing applications, and engage inthe full cycle of software implementation. This will include working directlywith clients, learning their business and gathering the requirements of atailored, effective software solution.  Internswill have integral involvement in designing, building and documenting systemenhancements, and then testing the results and training customer personnel intheir use. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform business analyst functions
• Engagein requirements gathering sessions with clients
• Assistin the creation of design documentation
• Handson configuration of the application
• Workwith client to validate the solution
• Assist with training
• Perform ongoing support as needed
• Workwell with team members, clients, and other vendors
• Participatein the Agile and/or Microsoft SureStep Iterative Methodologies

Basic Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS, Accounting, Computer Science or other related business fields
• Ability to travel
• A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner and developstrong working relationships with clients
• Relevant, hands-on work related experience working in a team environment
• Desireto learn and grow
• Strongorganizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills, attention todetails, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Experience with Scribe a plus
