RSM Managed Technology Services - Infrastructure – Enterprise ContentManagement Intern

The Modern Workplace Internship role is a unique opportunity forany individual seeking professional training and hands on experience with oneof the largest professional services firms in the country, and with cuttingedge enterprise technology. As a Consulting Intern, you will work directly withSenior Consultants on a large cross-section of engagements providing technicaland research support. RSM's Modern Workplace team works with clients to deliverdynamic and deeply functional user engagement utilizing the latest technologyfrom industry leading firms. This position offers a rich diversity in theclients that are engaged, and the tools leveraged to deliver world classsolutions.

Candidate’s responsibilities include:

• Client Documentation (on-site and remote)
• Creation of sites and workflows
• Participation in project scoping and technical plan creation
• Configuration of development environments and test data
• Learning new technologies
• Perform Enterprise Administration tasks under the guidance of a senior team member
• Provide onsite and remote client support
• RSM’s Infrastructure Practice includes the following specialtyareas:
• Business Process Automation
• Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
• Cloud Services
• Managed Services and Support

Basic Qualifications:

• Working towards B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university  
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related concentration
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Visio
• Knowledge of Apple and Windows-based software/hardware
• Travel to assigned client locations is required. Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations
• Ability to travel up to 25% 
• A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred

• Strong judgment, issues management, and problem analysis techniques
• Strong presentation, facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills
• Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to balance priorities on simultaneous projects
