RSM has openings for technology and business-minded individualsto join our Technology Consulting (TC) practice as Microsoft Dynamics 365Finance & Operations (F&O) Consulting Associates.  Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O (formerlyMicrosoft Dynamics AX) is Microsoft’s flagship Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) solution. The Dynamics 365 family of products touches all aspects of abusiness including office applications, customer relationship management, andall critical aspects of running an enterprise.  Our TC Practice works with our clients’ executive leadership teams toachieve their business objectives through innovative solutions that alignpeople, processes and technology. As a Consulting Associate, you will receivementoring from our experienced team and have access to a variety of technologyand training to jump start your career.

• Engaging with clients and ensuring Businessobjectives are aligned with IT Strategy
• Business Solutions and Operations Best Practices
• Consulting process, tools and methodologies
• Leveraging technology to drive businessoperations efficiencies

The position begins with a 6-week investment innew hires in the form of a classroom training at our Denver office whereAssociates are exposed to and immersed in the Dynamics 365 software and the RSMimplementation methodology.  Uponcompletion of that coursework, Associates will return to their home officewhere they will be assigned client project teams and begin contributing to ourpractice.

Other responsibilities may include:

• Capturing client requirements
• Participation in project scoping and solutiondevelopment
• Project task management and execution
• Testing of proposed solutions within labenvironments
• Adopting and learning new technologies
• Providing onsite and remote support
• Troubleshooting business application issues
• Utilizing a structured project delivery methodology
• Understanding how to obtain customer businessrequirements and mapping them to Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Designing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365functions and features to meet business objectives
• Working and interacting with customers in theconfiguration of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 system
• Building successful customer relationships
• Successful professional services consultingassociates progress into positions within the RSM Microsoft Dynamics 365practice.

Basic Qualifications:

• Consultants have a degree in Business Administration/Management, Entrepreneurship, Global Business or Economics; with a focus on Accounting and/or Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, MIS, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or other related degrees.
• Minimum overall GPA: 3.0 for undergraduatestudents and 3.2 for graduate students, on a 4.0 scale.
• Intelligent, motivated and competitive with a“roll-up-the-sleeves” and “get the job done” attitude
• Strong work and/or internship experience
• Strong business judgment and common sense
• An analytical approach to problem solving
• Initiative, creativity and a passion to deliverresults that make a difference
