KPMG is currently seeking an Advisory Associate Due Diligence for Lenders

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist internal team members with providing financial due diligence assistance related to financing transaction advisory engagements, to Fortune 100 companies and private equity owned companies
    • Analyze target company and/or client data to identify key financial performance and operating trends and insights through primarily balance sheet financial statement analysis to assist lenders with their diligence of a borrower
    • Assist with designing, creating and composing client tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key engagement and/or financing issues which address and highlight lender concerns and analyses of operating trends, net working capital and/or borrowing base calculations that are calculated

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree, or higher in Accounting from an accredited college/university; to the extent the accredited college/university does not offer a degree in Accounting, a similar business major with a concentration in Accounting is required
    • Must meet minimum educational requirements for CPA licensure in state of employment before beginning full-time
    • Strong technical aptitude and critical thinking skills, demonstrated quality service mindset, and ability to navigate MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
    • Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; resourceful in delivering high quality work
    • Work location may be in the Chicago office, at client sites or virtual/remote. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
