KPMG is currently seeking an Advisory Intern for our Contract Compliance practice in Consulting.
Responsibilities:
Assist with third-party reviews of licensees, vendors and suppliers
Help with the planning and preparation of tests on third-party data for completeness and accuracy
Assist with the analysis of complex license agreements and help identify potential contract issues for further analysis
Support the completion of quantitative and qualitative analysis on a variety of client and third-party contract-related data
Document discussions with clients and third parties
Coordinate with offshore team members to complete deliverables
Qualifications:
Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors; Bachelors or Masters degree in Technology, Information Systems, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related degree
Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.00 or above
Understanding of data analysis techniques
Strong technical aptitude, demonstrated quality service mindset, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work
Ability to travel and/or work on-site at client premises as needed, at times with relatively short notice
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
