    KPMG is currently seeking an Advisory Paraprofessional for our Advisory practice.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with analytical reviews of healthcare data, conduct research relative to industry leading practice and translate data analysis into a narrative used to communicate the need for change
    • Support the quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop dashboards to monitor the success of initiatives and provide clients with a thorough and balanced view of their progress
    • Help with interviews of clinicians, administrators or other operational leaders who are providing direct patient care or other services to determine current state, education on initiatives, or to provide feedback on the implementation of new processes developed by the client with the support of the KPMG team
    • Participate in client engagements and work streams focused on improvement of processes surrounding clinical, quality, operational and financial outcomes across the different levels of healthcare services
    • Assist managers and partners in the creation of proposals, discussion documents, business development activities and practice administration
    • Collaborate with teammates on designing, developing and marketing new innovative service offerings and tools in order to advance our practice objectives

    Qualifications:

    • Must be pursuing and have obtained by the start date or have completed the following degrees/majors in the past 12 months; Bachelors degree, or higher, in Nursing or other healthcare licensed degree, Health Management/Administration, Business, Technology, Industrial Engineering, Analytics from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health MHA program
    • If clinically licensed, at least one-year experience in a clinical practice setting (hospital, clinic, post-acute setting) is preferred
    • Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.00 or above
    • Demonstrated quality service mindset, basic understanding of US Healthcare and ability to work in the Healthcare Provider setting
    • Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
    • Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work
    • Must reside within a commutable distance of the office for this position and be responsible for your own transportation, such as personal vehicle or public transportation, to get to and from office / client locations to satisfactorily fulfill your job duties, as determined by your practice leadership
    • Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
