    KPMG is currently seeking an Advisory Senior Associate for our Healthcare Solutions team in Consulting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform analytical reviews of healthcare data, conduct research relative to industry leading practice and translate data analysis into a narrative used to communicate the need for change

    • Complete quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop dashboards to monitor the success of initiatives and provide clients with a comprehensive and balanced view of their progress

    • Develop and maintain relationships with clinicians, administrators or other operational leaders who are providing direct patient care or other services to determine current state, education on initiatives, or to provide feedback on the implementation of new processes

    • Participate in and manage client engagements and work streams focused on improvement of processes surrounding clinical, quality, operational and financial outcomes across the different levels of healthcare services

    • Manage project plans and assist the engagement team in developing project management related documents and uses the documents throughout the engagement

    Qualifications:

    • Must be pursuing and have obtained by the start date or have completed the following degrees/majors in the past 12 months; Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing or other healthcare licensed degree, Health Management/Administration, Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Analytics, or equivalent program from an accredited college or university

    • Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.00 or above

    • Minimum of 3 years of recent healthcare knowledge and experience in either the public services and state and local government industry or in the commercial provider industry, including hospital administration and management

    • Coursework and experience related to healthcare operations and finance, analytics, strategy and/or technology

    • Strong understanding of U.S. Healthcare and operations in various care settings (acute, post-acute, ambulatory) and ability to work in the Healthcare Provider or Payor setting

    • Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a clinical practice setting (hospital, clinic, post-acute setting) if clinically licensed is preferred

    • Strong technical aptitude, demonstrated quality service mindset, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

    • Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work

    • Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
