KPMG is currently seeking an Advisory Senior Associate for our Human Capital Advisory team in Consulting.
Responsibilities:
Participate in client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in the following areas: talent development, talent performance, workforce design and architecture and workforce analytics
Work with cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation and project and financial management
Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources and training for workforce transformation efforts
Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers and methodology guides
Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach
Qualifications:
Must be pursuing and have obtained by the start date or have completed the following degrees/majors in the past 12 months; Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Management, Psychology, Human Resources or Human Resource Management/Labor Employment Relations, Management Information Systems (MIS), Communications, Education, Learning Design and Technology, Organizational Development, or equivalent program from an accredited college or university
Three years of relevant work experience related to one or more of the following areas: Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; preferred two years of experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm
Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.00 or above
Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies and leading practices in the human capital space
Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines and lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy
Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
