    KPMG is currently seeking a BPG Intern for Tax Technology.

    Responsibilities:

    • Resolve technical problems analytically and efficiently
    • Develop and design web applications, services and APIs using ASP.NET MVC, C#, Angular, React, TypeScript, jQuery and/or JavaScript
    • Write database queries using T-SQL
    • Use version control systems such as TFS and Git
    • Perform unit testing to find, debug and fix defects using unit testing frameworks such as NUnit, xUnit and/or MSTest
    • Develop QA automation scripts using Selenium/Coded UI and C# for functional and performance testing
    • Analyze business requirements, assess technical feasibility and provide estimates
    • Knowledge about agile software development practices such as Scrum a plus

    Qualifications:

    • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems or a related field
    • Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.00 or above
    • Strong understanding of object-oriented, component-oriented and interface-oriented programming concepts
    • Strong understanding of Application and Database programming technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, C#, Angular, React, TypeScript, jQuery, JavaScript and T-SQL
    • Strong analytical skills with good understanding of client/server architecture and computer networks
    • Knowledge of working in a cloud environment (Microsoft Azure) a plus
    • Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work
    • Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
