KPMG is currently seeking an Intern for Digital Nexus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT Asset Management team on areas of top priority for the group related the following: IT Asset procurement, contract management, Software and Hardware Asset Management, Financials and Automated Discovery (w/systems such as Flexera & ServiceNow)

• Conduct data-driven research and analyses in support of special projects by developing materials including presentations (PowerPoints), Excel trackers and other materials to help push forward ideas and projects

• Coordinate with other team members across the organization to prepare reports or provide insights and guidance to key leadership

• Collaborate across the organization to support the launch of new initiatives and processes

• Support team in developing standardized processes and procedures

• Act as data point person for the team as the custodian of all relevant data, ensuring full accuracy

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors; Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Communications, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Management, Marketing, Procurement or equivalent program

• Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above

• Knowledge of project management is a plus

• Basic technical skills to learn technology and help support IT staff and their clients

• Basic knowledge of MS Office; strong knowledge of Excel and/or SharePoint a plus

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information

• Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to build productive relationships with peers

• Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
