KPMG is currently seeking an Intern for Digital Nexus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Organizational Change Management project activities such as supporting the OCM Team with the product/project side of change, which may include creating actionable deliverables that support communication and training efforts, managing resistance to change and help in ensuring user readiness

• Help develop communication, storyboards, video scripts and training documentation

• Take meeting minutes and report out on action items

• Update trackers for task management

• Coordinate with other team members across the organization to prepare reports or provide insights and guidance to key leadership

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors; Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications, Management, Marketing, Operations, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Change or equivalent program

• Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above

• Basic knowledge of MS Office; strong knowledge of Power Point, Excel, Teams and/or video tools (Vyond, Video Scribe) a plus

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information

• Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork. Ability to build productive relationships with peers

• Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
