    KPMG is currently seeking an Intern to join Ignition.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support and manage session prep, day-of delivery and post-session delivery; develop session materials and capture notes throughout the process; Synthesize learnings from sessions and interviews; translate the learnings into client-ready artifacts
    • Conduct research to mine signals of change from an outside-in perspective and identify correlations across industries and themes, finding patterns in adjacent spaces
    • Develop strategic insights and points of view, synthesizing disparate inputs into future projections
    • Present KPMG frameworks, research and points of view and engage effectively with C-level executives in trends insights and design thinking sessions
    • Develop and manage project plans and understand project financials
    • Actively work with the team to identify better ways of working and ways to elevate the client experience

    Qualifications:

    • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors; Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Graphic Design, Journalism, Political Science, Technology, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology or equivalent program from an accredited college or university
    • Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above
    • Ability to work in an agile, adaptable, dynamic fast-paced environment, handle complexity and ambiguity and learn and apply design thinking to solve complex business challenges; ability to fuel creativity through conventional and unconventional problem-solving approaches to develop new perspectives
    • Excellent communication, research, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work
    • Demonstrated interest in developing future business for the firm and understanding the firms strategic and financial context; demonstrated involvement in the development of new innovative solutions through coursework or projects
    • Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) with the ability to learn new analytical tools preferred
    • Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay.
