KPMG is currently seeking an Intern for Learning and Development.

Responsibilities:

• Apply fundamental performance consulting skills to gain insight on learning asset requirements (target audience analysis, content scope, case study development) for assigned projects
• Provide support in planning, preparing, monitoring and executing our learning path process and strategic portfolio curriculum including coordinating with senior stakeholders
• Assist with supporting the execution of our national training programs including coordinating logistics, materials management, CPE processing and liaising with business stakeholders
• Serve as one of the go-to resources for our business stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design/Technology, Adult Education, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology/Leadership, Talent Management or equivalent program
• Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above
• Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, project management, time management, critical thinking, decision-making, leadership and analytical skills
• Technical aptitude and ability to navigate MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
