KPMG is currently seeking an Intern for Digital Nexus.

Responsibilities:

• Technical writing, including authoring documents defining operational policies and procedures

• Research technology trends in the industry and the academic world

• Perform daily tasks to support existing systems and fulfill ad-hoc requests for monitoring, reporting, projects and emergency issues

• Assist in supporting ongoing operations, automation, integration, performance analysis and maintenance of systems

• Consult with IT staff and clients to determine the impact of new or revised applications on existing software

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors; Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Forensics, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Data Processing, Data Analytics, Engineering, Informatics, Information Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or equivalent program

• Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above

• Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

• Understanding of business processes and information management, project management methodologies and best practices in these areas a plus

• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; resourceful in delivering high quality work

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information

• Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
