    Responsibilities

    Project Management and People Development

    • Has a clear understanding of project roles/responsibilities
    • Project management activities:
    • Delegates tasks, while staying within resource capacity plans
    • Mentors and develops junior team members

    Client Engagement

    • Navigates client conversations through the project lifecycle
    • Establishes/maintains client relationships
    • Works with client on regularly scheduled meetings to document and report out on progress throughout the project

    Project/Scope Execution Responsibilities

    • Works with the project team and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, configures the system to meet those requirements, and provides guidance and direction to the technical team during the implementation process
    • Establishes and works with the Solution Architect to determine the design
    • Provides support of configuration and testing of the system to meet business requirements
    • Trains client end-users on how to use the system

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS, or other related business fields
    • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Modules
    • 2+ years of working in a cross-functional, project-based organization
    • 2+ years experience in writing project documentation (Design Documents, Business Requirements Documents, Go-Live Cutover Plan, etc.)
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner and develop strong working relationships with clients
    • Superior organizational, written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple priorities

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certified, or any related CE Module certifications

    Compensation Range: $84,200 - $168,500
