    KPMG is currently seeking an Operations & Delivery Specialists for our Managed Services practice.

    Responsibilities:

    • Become a member of the KPMG managed services Operations & Delivery team and work in collaboration with our onshore and offshore teams to support our clients
    • Work flexibly in a high performing team environment supporting internal and external clients who may be spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support project delivery
    • Interact with clients on daily operational delivery in support of KPMG managed services solutions
    • Support development of weekly and monthly status/performance reports
    • Create and deliver insights to clients with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with strong analytical skills, strategic focus, broad-based business judgment, proven initiative and creativity; identify, document and maintain client business requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Must be pursuing and have obtained by the start date or have completed the following degrees/majors in the past 12 months: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent program from an accredited college or university
    • Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.00 or above
    • Strong written and oral communications and presentation skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively
    • Strong attention to details with a high level of accuracy and the ability to troubleshoot and identify a problem and enact a multi-step approach to research the cause and resolve
    • Ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results and ensuring that delivery goals, schedules and performance requirements are achieved
    • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a target driven operational environment and able to handle multiple projects, prioritize competing tasks and help resolve project issues as well as assist other team members
    • Knowledge of Business Operations, Cyber Security, HCM/ERP Cloud Applications, or ServiceNow considered a plus
    • Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
