Join us to experience RSM through our RSM Excellence Academy, presented by RSM’s Culture, Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) team and our Black employee network group.

The Academy is a paid summer leadership experience, leading to further career development opportunities, including two potential paid internships and a chance to work for RSM full time upon graduation, as well as consistent engagement with a mentor. This experience will provide up to 100 students with an overall understanding of professional services, RSM’s culture, skill development, and the unique advantages of working in the middle market.
