Here is a summary of the job role:

• You will proactively seek out, identify, and schedule meetings with the right executives at target companies.
• You are motivated by meeting or exceeding a monthly visit quota.
• You will provide administrative support, including juggling multiple calendars, travel planning, event planning, and anything else that is needed.
• You will be diligent on follow-up, support the continued outreach after a first sales interaction and partner with you colleagues across the entire sales process and the client lifecycle.
• You will do business analysis on organizations to tailor our messaging to their needs and provide preparation support prior to meetings.
• You are dedicated to data integrity and making sure our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is kept organized and up-to-date.
• You are client-focused, detail-oriented, articulate and persuasive in all written and verbal communications.
• You are a team player while able to work independently with high self-management capability.
• You will eventually begin supporting proposal writing and help with knowledge management for proposals, contracts, and collateral.
