  • Responsibilities

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Assist with sales, preparing prospect lists.
    • Meet and exceed booking quota regularly.
    • Log sales activity (prospecting, opportunities, revenue, next steps).
    • Suggest new forms for identifying and targeting leads.
    • Follow up with leads and manage a sales process accordingly.
    • Email and cold call into dormant accounts to reinvigorate relationships.
    • Create a consistent daily activity plan and continuous growth in leads created pipeline

    • Highly detail oriented, good with excel/google sheets
    • Familiarity with Prospect.io/outbound sales tools a plus.
    • 1-2 years work experience, ideally in recruiting, sales, or customer support.
    • A proven track record of developing strong client relationships a plus.
    • Coachable, with a genuine interest in learning and growing.
