What are we looking for?

You don’t need experience in tech. We value grit over grades, a can-do attitude over connections, and life experience over an academic pedigree. (We’re all about smashing elistim.) Experience in customer-facing positions in the service, hospitality, event planning, retail, education, or a similar sector is a plus. It also helps if you are:

• Highly motivated to work at a tech company full-time upon graduation.
• Hungry to learn and grow, and open to feedback and coaching.
• Someone who knows your way around a computer (word processing, web search, email).
• Familiar with social media, including LinkedIn, and ability and willingness to learn new technology tools.
• Strong with written and verbal communication skills.
