    As a trainee, you would form an integral part of the Brunswick Arts team. Providing support across the Brunswick Arts team in New York, helping with the day to day running of client accounts, with tasks ranging from:

    • Background research
    • Media monitoring – national broadsheet newspapers, art and design trade, consumer, lifestyle and online outlets
    • Pitching of stories to media
    • Proof reading and drafting of media materials
    • Participating in the coordination of, and attending Brunswick Arts events
    • Acting as an ambassador for, and building the network of Brunswick Arts
    • Provide support on varied ad-hoc, administration tasks

  • Qualifications

    A successful Trainee Executive for Brunswick Arts must have:

    • A passion for the arts, demonstrated by an in-depth knowledge and/or prior experience in their field(s) of interest Advantageous experience includes:
    • Strong research skills; the ability to think creatively and laterally
    • Confident and polite phone manner; professional approach to interacting with clients
    • Ability to multitask efficiently and manage competing priorities and stakeholders
    • An eye for detail and quality in all forms of communication
    • Proactive, common sense approach; keenness to show initiative
    • Ability to speak a foreign language would be advantageous (particular preference for German, French, Arabic or Mandarin)
    • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
