Collect, format, and file/archive all client press clippings
Monitor related press activity & trends
Put together monthly international editorial reports
Assist with organizing and updating databases (press + guest list)
Assist in daily summer projects (research, organizing, compiling reports…)
Assist with events (coordinating logistics like guest lists, photographer, materials, attend & help book events in New York, create and organize post-event logistics & materials)
Must have at least some PR experience (with examples of press releases and/or other prepared materials)
Must be entering senior year in college or recent grad
Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Impeccable attention to detail
Social Media Expert + tools like Planoly, Hootsuite, UNUM, Wordswag, etc.
Must be experienced in graphic design, BONUS for website management experience (Wordpress, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop)
Must know how to use Microsoft Office Suite
Foreign Language is a plus
Must be passionate about the arts
