• Assist with social media strategy and management
• Assist with materials creation and pitching
• Collect, format, and file/archive all client press clippings
• Monitor related press activity & trends
• Put together monthly international editorial reports
• Assist with organizing and updating databases (press + guest list)
• Assist in daily summer projects (research, organizing, compiling reports…)
• Assist with events (coordinating logistics like guest lists, photographer, materials, attend & help book events in New York, create and organize post-event logistics & materials)
• Design presentation templates and event flyers

• Must have at least some PR experience (with examples of press releases and/or other prepared materials)
• Must be entering senior year in college or recent grad
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Social Media Expert + tools like Planoly, Hootsuite, UNUM, Wordswag, etc.
• Must be experienced in graphic design, BONUS for website management experience (Wordpress, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop)
• Must know how to use Microsoft Office Suite
• Foreign Language is a plus
