    Over the last 12 years N2 has been America’s #1 producer of private neighborhood publications. With over 900 publications across 47 states we continually see unprecedented growth in new markets. We've partnered with over 40,000 businesses nationwide to help them reach the residents from the most affluent towns, cities, subdivisions and neighborhoods across the country. Residents love us because we produce a very high-quality, private publication comprised of content written by and about their neighbors and families.

    Businesses find the most affluent homeowners in any market to be hard to reach otherwise and most forms of traditional marketing are ineffective with this particular demographic. Nearly all of the stories and photos in an N2 publication are generated by the residents who live in the community and are centered around their kids, pets, families and events.

    By partnering with N2, a local business has the ability to have their message consistently seen by a reader who is their ideal demographic and appreciates, saves, reads, re-reads and looks forward to receiving the publication.

    Our Area Director team focuses their efforts on building relationships with the businesses and residents in the community while N2 handles all of the design, layout and print/delivery process involved with getting the publications into mailboxes each month.

    • Meet with 12+ customers per week explaining product through a short presentation.

    • Utilize networking and referrals to additionally build client base

    • Practice honesty and integrity in all business relations.

    • Lean on one’s own personality and demeanor while using a proven methodology which has seen incredible results over the past 12 years.

    The ideal candidate should be

    • Entrepreneurial minded - someone who is excited about growing themselves and their business

    • Interpersonal skills - someone who can have a solid conversation with a potential business partner. While no prior experience in sales is necessarily required, the majority of our team members have had years of experience in B2B sales or direct presentation-based sales positions.

    Although there is a tremendous amount of upside to this opportunity including personal freedom and life flexibility, this position is not for everyone and it does require commitment and diligence while building the book of business over the first few months.
