The event marketing intern will support a range of event production efforts including preparation of event materials for speakers, assistance with research of potential speakers for events, and setting up event-specific websites using our established templates. The intern will also coordinate social media posts for events, prepare event mailing lists, and help with pre-event coordination of name badges and other materials.

This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn the various aspects of event logistics and marketing to a senior executive business audience.

Ideal candidates for internship opportunities will be self-starters and highly resourceful, capable of creating and/or improving upon existing processes. Internship candidates should also have a keen interest in working within a highly entrepreneurial culture that values innovation and constant learning.

Specific qualifications for the internship includes:

• Relevant coursework in communication, marketing, or related field
• Previous internships in a related field, such as marketing, communications, corporate branding, media, advertising, etc.
• Working knowledge of HTML, a plus
