As a marketing intern at The Plunge, some of the areas you will be focusing on are:

• Earned Social Media - Building and growing a following by putting out awesome content that our audience is searching for

• Branding - Working with us to perfect our tone and personality, and to keep this totally consistent across all channels

• Growth - Growing the audience, growing the followers, growing likes, growing users. Growing everything

• Advertising - Helping manage on site advertising campaigns for national (and international) brands that we'll be partnering with in 2017

• A desire to learn about online marketing and passion for the digital space.

• If you're hungry, curious and looking to learn, you're qualified.

That said, it would be great if you have basic understanding of:

• Major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

• Photoshop or another photo editing software

• Google Analytics

• Broad marketing concepts
