This is a construction sales position with a base but great commission structure setup: Strong customer service, organization and time management experience is desired. Leads will be provided. Working as a team, you will assist both the inside and outside account managers to maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer service. Most training will be on the job however prior sales exp is desired. Company is based in Katy and Sugarland area(s)
Qualifications:
1-3 years of inside sales or customer service experience
Knowledge of the industrial pipe, valves and fittings market (PVF) preferred
Strong written, verbal and phone communication skills
Willingness to develop (and maintain) strong customer relationships
Strong planning skills with the ability to work independently as well as the desire to want to work amongst a strong team
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, assign effective priorities to tasks and to operate with a certain level autonomy is needed
Positive attitude, good judgment and high energy are required for this position
Must be proficient in Microsoft office
