    Toll Brothers , America's leading luxury home builder, is seeking a **Brand & Creative Intern ** for our Corporate office located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

    What is the opportunity?

    Join our dynamic in-house design team as a Brand & Creative Intern, where your creativity and skills will directly contribute to high-impact projects across various media.

    You’ll work on:

    • Creating short-form video content for social media marketing
    • Editing website hero videos for pages on TollBrothers.com
    • Organizing and tagging videos in our internal digital asset management system
    • Curating footage into sequences within our collaborative Premiere project
    • Updating regional video content used on our marketing website
    • Supporting the broader creative team with studio tasks, including:
      • Building documents that highlight key structural options by reviewing home design specs
      • Consolidating purchasing data then using InDesign Data Merge to produce PDFs
      • Generating community flyers for specific divisions or cities
      • Creating POI maps that display areas of interest for communities in collaboration with marketing managers

    As part of our expert team of creators, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our B&C and video pipeline—from intake asset management to polished final deliverables. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate on meaningful projects that elevate our brand presence and strengthen our visual storytelling.

    Qualifications

    What are the primary responsibilities?

    • Video + post-production support:

      • Create compelling short-form social content from b-roll and existing footage
      • Edit and deliver short web hero videos for Community pages on TollBrothers.com
      • Organize and tag video assets in our internal digital asset management system
      • Curate footage into sequences within our collaborative Premiere Team Project workflow
      • Publish and update regional video content used across our marketing website
    • Creative production support:

      • Work with designers and creative/design directors to ensure requests align with brand guidelines
      • Review home design specs and create pages highlighting key structural options
      • Consolidate purchasing data, eliminate duplicates, organize/sort information, and use InDesign to create PDFs
      • Generate flyers with communities and Design Studios listed within a specified division or city
      • Generate POI maps displaying areas of interest for communities, collaborating with marketing managers to prioritize what’s shown

    General expectations:

    • Deliver high-quality work on tight schedules
    • Take a meticulous approach to detail in all work
    • Strong organizational instincts and comfort managing lots content
    • A great eye for pacing, composition, and visual storytelling
    • Experience with Adobe CC (Premiere Pro required. InDesign, Frame.io, After Effects is a plus)
    • Ability to work independently, manage time well, and hit deadlines
    • Detail-oriented mindset—especially with file naming, tagging, and content accuracy
    • Preferred majors: Film/Video, Communications, Media Production, Design, or related fields
