At Homebot, we believe that every team member has an important role to play in bringing our mission statement to life. How do we do this? By keeping a clear focus on culture and engagement, and creating an environment where people are valued. We're looking for go-getters to join us!
Homebot is a Homeownership Platform for Lenders, Real Estate & Insurance Agents that drives client retention and referrals. Homebot's “special sauce” is that it helps homeowners and homebuyers (aka: our customer's clients) to build wealth through homeownership. Our customers include Mortgage Lenders, Real Estate Agents, Banks, Credit Unions, Loan Servicers, Insurance agencies and Title Companies.
We're launching a new Insurance & Title Sales team and are in need of a driven, optimistic, and coachable founding Account Executive to spearhead growth in these verticals. In this high-velocity, transactional sales role, you will focus on selling Homebot's platform to small and mid-sized property & casualty (P&C) insurance agencies and title companies, driving new business in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong closer who thrives on hitting goals in a quick sales cycle and is adept with CRM tools and outbound sales strategies. Familiarity with the P&C insurance, title, or residential real estate industries is a huge plus.
As one of the first AEs dedicated to this market, you'll not only close deals but also act as the “voice of the customer” – providing insights to our marketing, product, and strategy teams on customer objections, messaging resonance, and product-market fit to shape our go-to-market motion.
This is a full-time position based in our Denver, CO office. We operate on a hybrid work model – you'll be expected to be in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
