    Graphic Designer at Accruent Austin, TX As a Graphic Designer for Accruent supporting our global offices, you will assist the team to execute on-brand print and digital materials to fulfill internal tasks and tailor assets for international print runs and global target audiences. Self-direction, organization, and an ability to proactively collaborate with multiple team members on projects is a must. You will work cross functionally with various internal and external stakeholders such as: the graphic design team, events team, product marketing and management, among others. During preparations for major conferences you will collaborate to provide exceptional presentation clean ups. Projects include a wide range of needs, including PowerPoint, page layout, Web banners, event collateral, and brand identity execution across new avenues as the company grows overseas. This role will support our European colleagues in Partner Marketing and other international initiatives. Flexibility to collaborate with our international offices is a must. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the production and design of marketing collateral (including brochures, program guides, etc.), presentations, large format print, promotional materials, email, web pages, etc. Determine the message the design should portray and help to ensure branding consistency and quality, including the evolution and ongoing upkeep of templates & resources. Create images that identify a product or convey a message. Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design. Review designs for errors before printing or publishing. Meet with clients to determine the scope of the project. Advise clients on strategies to reach a particular audience. Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a similar field. 3+ years' experience in a design marketing role. Strong understanding of design principles. Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint and Word in particular) Familiarity with UK print sizes Infographic Design Familiarity with common UK/US/other language differences Maniacally focus on branding consistency and quality, including the evolution and ongoing upkeep of companywide templates & resources Develop relationships across the company to maintain a tight brand presence across departments/global offices Project management of simultaneous multi-pronged projects with an acute attention to detail.
