    Account Development Representative (ADR) - Strategic Accounts at Accruent Austin, TX About the Role : Strategic ADR will be responsible for generating pipeline and supporting sales efforts across a territory of ~75 Fortune 2000 accounts. They will research, connect, persuade & qualify contacts within identified targets, and also support account-based sales & marketing efforts such as campaigns, live events, webinars & newsletters. Strategic ADR will use existing collateral from the Marketing & BDR teams, as well as develop their own content. Responsibilities Working within Outreach to manage outbound sequences Highly targeted outreach to director-level contacts and above Network within target accounts through relationship building Coordinating with internal executives, including ghost writing emails, to connect with prospect executives Collaborating with Sales and Marketing on account-based marketing programs Share targeted content via account-based communication programs Build demand for & coordinate account-based events Coordinating with Product Marketing & BDR leads align on content & messaging Engage in sales cycles to support account executives Engage in quarterly product training to stay current on growing product portfolio Profile / DNA: Experienced - success in establishing & growing business within Fortune 500 accounts as a BDR/SDR/Inside Sales Mature - able to connect with senior executive targets to drive interest Curious - a desire to learn that drives product knowledge and customer discovery Collaborator - support multiple salespeople and work with other messaging experts Self-starte r - ability to develop a work plan with sales leader and consistently execute against that plan over time Resilient - ability to accept slow-starts, rejection and setbacks as part of the process, and have internal motivation rebound Preferred qualifications: Enterprise sales development experience Experience selling technical products Experience selling product portfolios Experience working independently At this time, visa sponsorship is not available.
