Netflix is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to manage a very busy department, supporting the LA-based Content Localization executives responsible for overseeing **UCAN Content Localization Production, Global Resource Management, and Strategy & Innovation ** by handling a heavy volume of contacts, organizing meetings, calendars, expenses, travel and providing overall support. This position is based in the Hollywood, California office.
Netflix Content Localization is responsible for all Netflix-commissioned Dubbing & Subtitle creation and for Netflix Global content.
The Role:
A successful candidate will be a self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who can communicate effectively internally and externally, pivot quickly, and multitask. They will also be extremely organized, able to continually prioritize, and have unwavering attention to detail at all times.
This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who can maintain a positive and calm demeanor under pressure while exercising good judgment and initiative. The ideal candidate is passionate about Localization and entertainment.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of hourly pay; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in hourly pay versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The hourly range for this role is $38.46 - $71.39.
