Responsibilities: • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements • Order office equipment and supplies as needed • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties • Provide general administrative support to the site team • Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization • Post-office trips • Set up meetings • Assist staff with different aspects of AP/AR • Prepare and proofread internal correspondence and reports • Assist with vendor files, contracts, and internal tracking logs • Answer and direct internal phone calls, emails, and mail • Maintain a professional, organized corporate office environment Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information • Prior office or administrative experience preferred (property management experience a plus, but not required) • Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
