Corporate Attorney-Life Science-San Francisco

One of our law firms is seeking a mid-level to senior life science associate for their corporate team in their San Francisco Office. Experience with life sciences technology transactional experience and a scientific and/or patent background in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, bio-engineering or similar or other relevant background.

Salary is on the Cravath Scale

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of corporate experience with a focus of patents (JD 2013- JD 2015)
• Strong drafting skills and experience with IP issues and complex agreements strongly preferred.
• High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience required
