Labor & Employment Investigations Attorney  – Oakland, CA 

We are working with a mid-sized law firm that is looking for a bright, energetic and ambitious attorney with two (2) to seven (7)+ years of experience to perform workplace investigations. The position will also perform legal research, advice and litigation as needed for the Firm’s Labor & Employment Group located in the Oakland office, with opportunities to perform work in Los Angeles and the Central Valley.

Qualifications/Requirements: 

• Excellent academic credentials, outstanding analytical, research and writing skills and a strong work ethic.
• Relevant investigations experience in any of the following areas: harassment, discrimination and retaliation, abusive conduct, ethics violations, fraud waste and abuse, Police Internal Affairs, serious employee misconduct and/or disciplinary investigations.
• 2-7+ years of prior employment litigation experience and/or experience with Title IX or Uniform Complaint Procedures investigations is ideal.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible.
